Enter through the psychic’s storefront and immerse yourself in the Art Deco-inspired dining room and curved bar. Keep an eye out for Henry’s Room, a speakeasy within the speakeasy, accessible through a discreet back wall.

  • Make a reservation on their website – spots fill up fast for both rooms.
  • The back room is more intimate, and features live music on Wednesday nights. Just know it can be hard to hear over the band.

Tu Madre vibrant West Hollywood location is directly behind Employees Only. Their taco menu is unique and extensive, including slow-roasted meats and house-made chili salsas. Plenty of plant-based options available, and their beloved red velvet churros are a crowd pleaser. But the real star of the show is their margarita flight – delivered with a sparkler to make sure everyone knows what you got.

Tucked inside a casual, dive-ish atmosphere, The Surly Goat delivers beyond expectations as a craft beer bar. With two dozen beers on tap and over 40 rare and international bottles, this two-tiered bar is adorned with a collection of old brewhouse memorabilia.

  • It gets busy as the night goes on. On Saturdays, you can’t even tell whether it’s a bar or a dance club anymore.
