The hand roll-only Sugarfish spinoff is best approached in the same way as the mothership – go for one of the set menus (we like the five rolls), and wait as they bring out yellowtail, lobster, and salmon hand rolls one at a time. Lines are less extreme than at Sugarfish, meaning you can be in and out in under half an hour.

2. / Head to Go Greek for frozen yogurt flown in from Greece

Go Greek is leagues above other yogurt places in LA. Greek yogurt offers more benefits than traditional frozen yogurt, and the self-serve bar features fresh, healthy, and mainly sugar-free toppings.
Time it right, and you can watch the sunset over the ocean in the park across the street.

Nestled within the Santa Monica Proper, Palma takes on the luxuriously relaxed coastal-Italian vibe of the hotel. As you enter the sprawling lounge, your host will guide you to your reserved space.
